Webmaster/Help Desk Analyst

Location: Indian Head, MD

REQ# Forge_024_026: Requirements: Three (3) to 5 years of experience working as a webmaster and IT support specialist. Provide technical support to customers for client-level hardware and software. Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral equipment for system users according to organizational needs. Perform asset management and inventory of IT resources. Administer accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment on the NOSSA website. Ensure compliance with established or approved organizational process components, such as the Master Incident Management Plan. Hybrid position requiring some days at client site in Indian Head, MD. High school diploma required, Bachelors preferred. Must have an active Secret clearance.
