Functional Analyst (Part-Time)

Location: Indian Head, MD

REQ# Forge_024_025: The NOSSA Comptroller Directorate is looking for part-time administrative and analytical support during the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution cycle for NOSSA for both Resource Sponsors N4I and N4L. This position will assist in the areas of program budget analysis and evaluation efforts, including POM reviews, Fiscal Year Execution Reviews, Budget Execution Plan support, and Mission Execution Plan and Brief support. The ideal candidate has over 5 years’ experience and is an excellent communicator, motivated, a self-starter, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience working with the NOSSA PPBE process is not required, and all training will be provided via on-the-job training. Position will be hybrid, with some on-site time required and remote work possible. High school diploma required, Bachelor’s desired. Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance.
