Requirements Manager

REQ# Forge_24_012: Act as Requirements Manager reporting to PMW 790 Assistant Program Managers – Engineering (APM-Es) and working directly with Lead Engineers (LEs) as they implement documented requirements. Complete stakeholder requirements analysis and development, design, modeling, and digital integration of systems. Support development of systems engineering artifacts that clearly and concisely communicate system technical details. Communicate Strategic Themes, and other business drivers for architecture, to System and Solution Architects and non-technical stakeholders as well as influencing modeling, design, and coding practices. Coordinate with other analysts, engineers, technicians, project managers, and contractors within and outside the organization. Bachelor’s degree required. Experience with Jama or similar Central Requirements Repository tool, familiarity with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and Understanding of Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) are preferred. Must be a US citizen with a minimum Secret clearance.
