Forge Forward, Inc. Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policies and Privacy

Forge grants its employees the privilege of using personal mobile devices to connect and access Forge data and networks. Forge reserves the right to revoke this privilege if users do not abide by company policies as outlined in the corporate employee handbook. These policies are intended to protect the security and integrity of Forge’s data and technology infrastructure. Limited exceptions to the policy may occur due to variations in devices and platforms. By connecting to Forge’s network and accessing company data you agree to these policies.

Forge offers no expectation of privacy of any correspondence, messages or information located or sent in company applications on personal devices and communication systems, regardless of the content or purpose. This includes all communications within corporate applications installed on personal devices. Corporate applications include Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, etc.), Company Portal, and email applications that are joined to the Forge domain. Forge may access and monitor these corporate applications, messages, and files on personal devices at any time. All corporate applications and communications can be disclosed to law enforcement or other third parties without prior consent of the sender or the receiver.

Forge cannot access, view, or monitor any personal information, applications, text messages, browsers, etc. outside of the corporate applications installed on personal devices and joined to the Forge domain through the Company Portal Application. Some device information such as device name, operating system, version, etc. is shared with Forge for purposes of identifying the device. Users agree to share this information by joining the domain.
