REQ# Forge_25_009: Minimum 10 years experience leading large, complex C4I/IT projects for the U.S. Navy or Department of Defense (DoD). Will manage all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. This includes managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, and contractual deliverables. Will develop and manage a detailed integrated master schedule ensuring on time and on budget delivery of all contract deliverables. Will manage technical IT staff responsible for complex engineering, implementation, and sustainment. Will develop and manage project status reports (weekly and monthly), decision logs, technical reports, testing reports, etc. Evaluates and manages project risk and coordinates with firm executive staff for delivery. Incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables. Possesses strong knowledge of technology and requirements of this project. Bachelor’s degree in management or business required, Master’s degree preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required. Candidate must be a US citizen and must have an active SECRET Clearance minimum. Current TS/SCI desired.
