REQ# Forge_24_024: Requires 3-5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, IT Virtualization, or a similar role. Must have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT environments built on VMware foundation. Responsible for ensuring that virtual desktop system infrastructure delivers effective user experience while aligning to all DoD requirements. Will support conducting analysis of alternatives for new technologies, configuring and deploying solutions globally, and troubleshooting operational networks as needed. Requires strong knowledge of VDI technologies, including VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, Agile engineering practices and network and storage infrastructure as it relates to VDI solutions. Must earn DOD 8570 IAT-III certification within 6 months of hire. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required. Must be a US citizen with minimum Secret clearance. Will be required to elevate to TS/SCI clearance.
