Position: Management Analyst

Location: Washington, DC

REQ # Forge_23_013: Requires 8-10 years of DoD prior experience in areas of general project management, analysis, change management, and facilitation. Applies knowledge of management functions and change management methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program managers and clients. Draws conclusions and devises solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, as well as resource requirements, utilization, or control. Will develop and structure data gathering sessions and exercises with clients including developing session materials, methodologies, and execute those efforts. Will lead client sessions to collect data, decompose requirements, and facilitate decisions. Relies upon and uses automated management information systems in performing fact-finding, analytical, and advisory functions. Candidate must be a US citizen and have an active SECRET clearance at a minimum.  Position will require ability to regularly travel to customers in the Washington DC area and other U.S locations.
