Systems Analyst

Location: Indian Head, MD

REQ: Forge_022_033. Requires a bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience or associate degree with 8 years of experience. Requires knowledge of NMCI management software such as NET, e- Marketplace, Importer Security Filing (ISF)-Tools, and Department of the Navy (DoN) Application and Database Management System (DADMS). Assists in performing systems analysis of computer and communications/networks systems. Provides specialized knowledge of system requirements and programming specifications. Analyzes job tasks, organizational structure, and user requirements to provide system-wide solutions. Applies analytical expertise to assist in defining, analyzing, validating, and documenting complex operating environments, states of technology, and current processes. Designs, develops, integrates, documents, and troubleshoots which requires a thorough knowledge of the technical subject matter for effective system deployment. Applies sound principles and methods to difficult problems in technical areas to arrive at automated solutions. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Candidate must be a US citizen and have an active SECRET clearance at a minimum.  Position will require on-site work in Indian Head, MD.
