Position Title: Program Analyst

Location: Indian Head, MD

REQ#: Forge_022_009: Requires at least five (5) years of relevant experience. Performs analytical assignments. Serves as a member of a project team. Skills in developing policy and procedure documentation. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Skills in workflow analysis and management. Ability to establish, implement and maintain operating goals and objectives. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community. Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Bachelor’s degree in management, business, technical, or related discipline. Candidate must be a US citizen and have an active SECRET clearance at a minimum.
