Position Title: Organizational Development Specialist

Location: Indian Head, MD

REQ#: Forge_022_002: Requires ten (10) years’ experience in position classification and organizational development including position management and cost-benefit analysis in Federal Agencies. Reviews existing or develops new business plans and assesses the agency’s plans for the effective integration of its human capital resources with current and projected mission requirements. Strong oral and written communication skills required when interacting with all levels of the command. Design and facilitation of focus groups to achieve mission goals focusing on assessment of need, conflict resolution, systems thinking, team building, professional development, and organizational coaching.  Prepares organizational development training programs in response to agency requirements or needs.  Designs and implements organizational structures. Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related discipline. Candidate must be a US citizen and have an active SECRET clearance at a minimum.
